The ACT® Aspire® Portal is the secure site where users perform administrative tasks associated with managing and delivering the ACT Aspire assessment.

  • Upload Student Data Files (SDUs)
  • Create Personal Needs Profiles (PNP)
  • Manage computer-based (CBT) and paper-based (PBT) test sessions
  • Record student and session comments

Access to the Portal is initially granted to Administrators and Test Coordinators listed on the Organization File.

After the initial invites to the Portal have been accepted, users may choose to delegate test administrative responsibilities and invite other peers to the Portal. For a detailed summary of ACT Aspire Portal user roles and responsibilities, visit the Portal User Roles document found on Avocet.
